Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use healyourdigestioneft.com, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Michael Hetherington ("I", "me"). If you have any questions, email info@michaelhetherington.com.

What I collect

• Your name and email, when you take the quiz and ask for your results and the free Bloat Relief Kit. These go to my email provider, SendFox, so I can send you the kit and follow-up emails.
• Your quiz result (whether the program looks like a fit or not). Your individual answers are used in your browser to work out the result and are not stored or sent to me.
• How you use the site: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived (for example, from an ad). This is collected through the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
• Purchase details, when you enrol. Payments are handled by Stripe and by the course platform (Mind Body Medicine Academy, hosted on onlinecoursehost.com). I receive your name, email and what you bought. I never see or store your full card details.
• Booking details, if you book a call through TidyCal.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

This site uses:

• Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site. Visits are linked across my other websites (such as michaelhetherington.com) so I can see the full journey.
• Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and enrolments, and to show ads to people who have visited the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), for the same purposes on Meta's platforms.

These tools use cookies and similar technology. If you arrive from an ad, the ad click ID and campaign details are also saved in your browser's local storage and passed to the checkout, so I can tell which ads lead to enrolments.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage personalised ads in your Google ad settings and Facebook ad preferences.

Other services the site loads

Pages may also load fonts from Google Fonts, videos and thumbnails from YouTube, files from Google Drive, and testimonials from SocialJuice. These services can see your IP address when your browser loads their content.

How I use your information

• To send you the free kit and emails about digestion, EFT and my programs
• To give you access to anything you buy, and to process refunds
• To answer your questions
• To improve the site and measure how well my advertising works

I do not sell your personal information.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.

How long I keep it

I keep your email details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@michaelhetherington.com and I'll take care of it.

Children

This site and program are intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
